Member Constitution of Golden Spring Alliance Chamber

Chapter One General Provisions

Article 1: Name and Address

1. The name of the Chamber, which is an organization joined by the members at their will and via application, shall be “Golden Spring Alliance Chamber” (Including all the enterprises and entities that join the member management system of Golden Spring Hotel).

2. “Golden Spring Union Member Marketing Department”, a department established by the Chamber to coordinate the agendum of each member in the marketing and administrate the member information in a united manner, has its legal address at Golden Spring Hotel, No. 93 East Renmin Road, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.

Article 2: Purposes

Members of the Chamber shall strictly abide by the China’s Constitution, related laws and regulations, policies of related industries and this Constitution of the Chamber. Each member shall provide other members and their customers with site, facilities and various services and offer preferential prices to other members, including guest rooms, catering, entertainment and the business items it operates. The purpose of the Chamber shall be affiliating the members and promoting the exchanges among the members.

Article 3: Definitions

The following terms shall be defined as follows in this Constitution:

1. Golden Spring Alliance Chamber shall be referred to as “The Chamber” hereinafter, referring to Golden Spring Hotel and all the enterprises and entities that join the member management system of Golden Spring Hotel.

2. “Proprietor” refers to the owner of each member unit.

3. “Operator” refers to the operator and administrator of each member unit.

4. “Initiation Fee” refers to the expense paid by any natural person, legal person or organization for the purpose of becoming certain kind of member of the Chamber.

5. “Member” refers to the natural person, legal person or organization that promises to stick to this Member Constitution, pays the initiation fee in accordance with the regulations, hence obtaining the membership and being entitled to enjoy the site, facilities and services provided by the Chamber.

Chapter Two Rights, Interests and Obligations of the Members

Article 4: Rights and Interests of the Members

1. The Members shall be entitled to use, in accordance with the Operator’s regulations, the site and facilities of each member and enjoy the services provided. They shall be accorded the due respect and courteous reception of the Chamber.

2. The Members shall be entitled to get to know the various services and other related information provided by the Chamber.

3. The Members shall be entitled to consume in the Chamber and enjoy the corresponding preferential prices according to their membership.

4. The Members shall be entitled to put forward reasonable suggestions concerning the services, development and management of the Chamber.

5. In accordance with the regulations of the Chamber, the Members shall be entitled to enjoy preferential treatment in the network of the Chamber and other enterprises that have joined the Chamber.

1. The Members shall abide by all the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. They shall not conduct any illegal activities or commit crimes in the Chamber.

2. The Members shall abide by this “Member Constitution”.

3. The Members shall pay the initiation fee according to the membership kind and provide accurate personal information.

4. The change of the telephone number, postal address of the Members shall be made known to the related Members of the Chamber in a timely manner.

5. While consuming in the Chamber, the Members shall maintain the Chamber’s public image of high class and health, and take good care of the various facilities of the Chamber.

6. Without the authorization of the related members of the Chamber, any Member shall not organize any activity in the name of the Chamber or participate in such activities.
